A 25-year veteran of the electric utility industry, Cornew leads Constellation, Exelon's competitive retail and commodities businesses. He is responsible for the marketing of electricity, natural gas and other energy-related products and services to Constellation customers in 45 states, the District of Columbia and parts of Canada, as well as ensuring the optimization of Exelon's generation portfolio by obtaining maximum value for power produced while managing risk for the Company and its shareholders.

He has been and continues to be a leader in regulatory advocacy for the industry helping to shape the wholesale market evolution in the various regions of the country where Exelon has generation assets. Cornew currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Electric Power Supply Association.
Cornew also has heavily supported merger and acquisition activities and corporate strategy for Exelon Corporation. Cornew performed an active role in the merger of Exelon and Constellation, as well as the creation of Exelon through the integration of Unicom's and PECO Energy's power marketing groups and their generation and load portfolios. He was also an instrumental member of a team that evaluated the AmerGen nuclear generation asset acquisition which resulted in the purchase of ownership interest in Oyster Creek Generating Station in New Jersey, Clinton Power Station in Illinois and Three Mile Island Generating Station in Pennsylvania.
Early in his career, Cornew worked in PECO Energy's regulated retail business as a large industrial account manager in southeastern Pennsylvania. He was also an engineer in the PJM Interconnection L.L.C. where he scheduled generation and power interchange as well as evaluated the performance of PJM's generation dispatch and transmission scheduling operations

Prior to this role, Quinn was Co-President of Constellation Energy's Customer Supply Group, managing Constellation's industry leading retail gas and power businesses. From 2001 to 2007 he worked in a variety of roles in the power origination business, culminating in his role as co-head of CCG in 2005. Quinn brought an expertise and understanding of the complex commodities market to his position with Constellation. Applying rigorous risk management strategies, the commodities' business expanded its electric power load-serving business to more than 16,000 megawatts. Before joining Constellation Energy in 2001, Quinn helped develop the industry-leading, pulp-and-paper derivatives business for Enron North America. In addition, he served as an operations manager for International Paper Company, responsible for the operations' management of one of its packaging plants. After full careers in both the regulated and merchant energy arenas of the electric utility business, he spent 10 years with the Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO) as a unit engineer, an energy planning specialist and a power plant project manager. In 1993, he moved to PG&E National Energy Group. There, he started in the power plant construction and controls areas, and then moved into marketing, power scheduling and asset management. By 1999, he was VP of PG&E National Energy Group’s trading and operations group. In that role, Ellsworth developed and directed the company’s fuel and asset management, strategic bidding, coal scheduling, power and gas operations activities for an 8,500-megawatt (MW) portfolio, in addition to other duties.

Mr. Proctor is a board member for the Partners in Excellence Program in Baltimore, MD which provide scholarships to inner city youth to attend catholic schools. Klages worked in the retail side of the utility industry since he started with the company in 1988 and served various leadership roles in our merchandising and gas and appliance service divisions.
