    Profile
    A 26-year veteran of the energy industry, Nigro leads Constellation, Exelon’s competitive retail and commodities businesses. He is responsible for the marketing of electricity, natural gas and other energy-related products and services to Constellation customers, as well as ensuring the optimization of Exelon’s generation portfolio by obtaining maximum value for power produced while managing risk for the company and its shareholders. Constellation has a business presence in 48 states, Washington, D.C., and parts of Canada.


    Professional History
    Nigro previously served as senior vice president, portfolio strategy, Constellation. In that role, which he assumed in March 2012, Nigro’s responsibilities included leading the portfolio management, structuring, quantitative analysis, transmission analysis, fundamental forecasting, strategic business systems and commercial transactions functions. Additionally, Nigro was responsible for the development, monitoring and implementation of portfolio strategy; the detailed screening, revenue net fuel pricing and commercial evaluation process for structured transactions, large capital projects and acquisition opportunities; fundamental commodity price forecasting, analysis and strategy of the financial transmission products portfolio and the business oversight of the commercial group technology budget. Nigro joined PECO Power Team in 1996 and held a number of roles of increasing responsibility for the trading and marketing organization throughout his tenure. Prior to joining Constellation, he was the senior vice president, portfolio management and strategy for Exelon Power Team. In addition, he led the merger integration for the Exelon Power Team wholesale trading and marketing organization with Constellation Energy. Previous roles included: vice president, structuring and portfolio management; director, commercial transactions; manager, Northeast Region, responsible for the trading and marketing of Exelon’s assets in New England; integration lead - Power Team/Sithe New England Holdings; manager, financial trading - hedge book; and financial transactor. Prior to Exelon, he spent seven years with Phibro Energy, Inc., an independent oil trading and refining company, in Greenwich, Conn., and Houston.


    Civic Involvement
    Nigro serves on the Board of Directors of the National Aquarium, one of the world’s top environmental education organizations and an important anchor of regional tourism in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Nigro is also a board member for The First Tee of Baltimore, an organization aimed at impacting the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. Nigro also serves on the Board of Trustees of Baltimore’s Living Classrooms Foundation, which provides hands-on, interdisciplinary education and job training programs that empower and motivate youth.


    Education
    Nigro received his bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Connecticut. He also completed the Exelon Leadership Institute Program in 2008 and the University of Chicago Executive Development Program in 2004.

    Kathleen L. Barrón is senior vice president, federal regulatory affairs and wholesale market policy, for Exelon Corporation. In that role, she oversees Exelon’s management of federal regulatory policies and strategies and is responsible for identifying and assessing key policy issues of interest to Exelon, crafting the company’s position on such issues, and developing strategies for achieving Exelon’s public policy objectives. She also is responsible for managing the company’s wholesale market design advocacy in each of the regional markets where the company operates.


    Professional History
    Prior to joining Exelon, Barrón was the deputy general counsel at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), where she advised the Commission on all aspects of its responsibilities and represented the Commission before Congress, government agencies, and industry groups. Previously, Barrón was the FERC’s associate general counsel for energy markets, where she led a group of about 90 lawyers on legal and policy matters related to electric power sales and transportation, electric system reliability, corporate regulation of public utilities and natural gas and oil pipeline transportation. Prior to joining FERC, Barrón was in private practice with the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP. There, she represented utility and independent power producer clients in proceedings before FERC, U.S. Courts of Appeal, and state utility commissions.

    Barrón received a juris doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and a bachelor of arts in political science from American University.

    Paul R. Bonney manages the legal affairs for Constellation's wholesale and retail commercial business and non-utility regulatory affairs for Exelon Corporation.


    Professional History
    Bonney has held leadership roles with Exelon Corporation and PECO since 1990. He previously served as PECO's general counsel and vice president of regulatory affairs where he was responsible for managing PECO's legal and regulatory matters. He also helped lead the company through major strategic initiatives including restructuring to implement competitive wholesale and retail electric markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

    Prior to joining PECO in 1990, Bonney was an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and a law clerk to the Honorable Edward N. Cahn, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also worked for National Economics Research Associates, an economic consulting firm in Washington, D.C., and at the Board of Trade in Chicago.

    Bonney is Vice Chairman of Garrett-Williamson Foundation (a non-profit serving disadvantaged children in Newtown Square, PA) and is a board member of Philadelphia VIP (Volunteers for the Indigent, a non-profit that provides pro-bono legal services).

    A 22-year veteran of the energy industry, Calabrese leads the IT team enabling Constellation's wholesale and retail businesses. In this role Calabrese oversees all IT operations, services, and projects for Constellation and focuses IT investments to maximize value.


    Professional History
    Calabrese has played a variety of IT leadership roles for Exelon responsible for commercial applications & projects, strategic planning, merger & acquisition assessment and integration, infrastructure operations, organizational transformation, process management, and large utility project delivery. In these leadership roles, Calabrese worked in most areas of Exelon including commercial, generation, utilities, and corporate functions. Prior to these broader leadership roles, Calabrese filled a variety of IT programming and design roles for ComEd, which he joined in 1992.


    Civic Involvement
    In 2014, Calabrese will fill a board position with the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore focused on developing Baltimore's information technology industry.

    Calabrese received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Purdue University.

    As senior vice president and chief operating officer – retail, David Ellsworth is responsible for the company’s business operations, pricing and product management, strategic and portfolio analytics and Constellation’s commodity management group.


    Professional History
    Ellsworth joined the Exelon Power Team in February, 2004 as vice president of fuels, working with both the Power Team and Exelon Power organizations to optimize the fuels purchasing, marketing and trading operations.

    Ellsworth has had full careers in both the regulated and merchant energy arenas of the electric utility business; he spent 10 years with the Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO) as a unit engineer, an energy planning specialist and a power plant project manager. In 1993, he moved to PG&E National Energy Group. There, he started in the power plant construction and controls areas, and then moved into marketing, power scheduling and asset management. By 1999, he was VP of PG&E National Energy Group’s trading and operations group. In that role, Ellsworth developed and directed the company’s fuel and asset management, strategic bidding, coal scheduling, power and gas operations activities for an 8,500-megawatt (MW) portfolio, in addition to other duties.

    Ellsworth received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware and his master’s of business administration from George Mason University.

    As senior vice president, Gary Fromer is responsible for managing and expanding Constellation's distributed energy portfolio and programs across North America, including on-site solar, distributed generation and energy efficiency deployments.


    Professional History
    Fromer joined Constellation in connection with Constellation's acquisition of CPower, Inc., one of the leading companies in demand response and energy management, in October 2010. As chief executive officer of CPower from 2007 to 2010, Fromer was responsible for advancing the company's product portfolio and expanding its presence into new markets, as well as running the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to joining CPower, Fromer served as senior vice president of SAP managed services, where he oversaw SAP's hosting, application management and CRM on-demand businesses in the Americas. Fromer also held various other roles at SAP including: senior vice president, SMB and hosting; chief strategy officer for SAP Markets, Inc.; and vice president, new business and partner solutions for SAP America, Inc. Prior to joining SAP in 1998, Fromer worked at Unisys Corporation.

    Fromer earned a bachelor’s of science in economics (finance) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a bachelor of arts in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania, and a law degree from Columbia University Law School.

    Pancho Hall offers an extensive background of experience and success with a proven history. As a top-ranked leader, he successfully advanced through executive roles in operations, sales, finance and general management. Hall’s passion, coupled with a polished, communicative style aids in his outright ability as a leader to dissect a business, transform and strengthen operations, energize and align teams, drive business growth and profitability, and achieve superior results. Hall has worked across wide a range of industries including telecommunications and consumer products starting his career as a mechanical engineer with General Motors and Fermi Lab, later moving to AT&T and progressing through the ranks at PepsiCo and T-Mobile.

    Prior to joining Constellation, Hall was senior vice president, central area for T-Mobile. In this role, he was accountable for all T-Mobile business in the central United States, a region of nearly 10,000 employees representing $5 billion in annual sales and nearly $1 billion in EBITDA. Hall and his team led 500 T-Mobile branded retail stores, 900 dealer partners, 2,100 national retail store relationships, and all B2B, commercial and key account sales.

    Pancho currently serves on Executive Board of City Year Detroit. His pass involvement includes Executive Board at Wadsworth Academy in PA, Chamber of Commerce and Big Brothers and Sisters.


    Education
    Hall’s educational background includes a master of business administration from the University of Chicago, a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the General Motors Institute. He also holds certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership and Buckley Communication and belongs to the Executive Leadership Council, Black MBA Association, and alumni associations at his alma maters.

    Hall and his wife and two daughters reside in Michigan and will be relocating to Baltimore.

    Professional History
    Huston has overseen the development of Constellation’s retail business into a national leader, offering customers a range of solutions to manage energy related costs over time. He has been a leader in the retail business since 2006 and led a series of acquisitions which became the foundation for Constellation’s retail business including AES NewEnergy, Alliance Energy Services, Kaztex Energy Management, Blackhawk Energy Services, StarTex Power, MXenergy and ONEOK Energy Marketing. Most recently, Exelon Energy Services and Constellation retail merged together. Today, Constellation has more than 100,000 commercial, industrial and government customers and nearly 1 million residential customers across 44 states, Washington DC and Canada.

    Huston’s prior leadership positions at Constellation include: co-president of customer supply overseeing competitive retail and wholesale businesses; VP of electric transmission & distribution for BGE overseeing the design, engineering, construction and operations for the utility’s electric system; VP corporate strategy & development overseeing strategy and acquisitions. Huston began his Constellation career as a summer student/scholarship recipient in 1981 and worked as a co-operative engineering student until joining the company full time in 1986.

    Huston currently serves on the boards of Catholic Charities, Maryland Science Center He has also served on other Boards including: Baltimore Municipal Golf Corporation, Baltimore First Tee, University of Maryland’s Dean of Engineering Board of Visitors, Special Olympics Maryland, and Howard Community College Foundation. Huston served as Constellation’s 2011 United Way chair.

    As president & CEO – BGE HOME, Klages is responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan to differentiate Constellation’s deregulated gas & electricity products with home energy service offerings to deepen relationships and drive earnings for the organization.


    Professional History
    A 25-year veteran of the retail and energy services industry, Klages became head of BGE HOME in 2008, which is one of the largest home energy services providers in the country. He also served as chief customer experience officer from 2010-2012 and was responsible for developing a culture of service excellence. From 2012-2013, Klages took on additional responsibilities to lead the implementation arm of Constellation’s energy services business line.

    Klages worked in the retail side of the utility industry since he started with the company in 1988 and served various leadership roles in our merchandising and gas and appliance service divisions. He also has been instrumental in developing the strategic plans for BGE HOME since its inception in 1995 with the acquisition of Maryland Environmental Systems. Early in his career, Klages worked for Deloitte as a Management Consultant. He worked with large and mid-sized businesses mainly in the retail space focusing on process improvement.


    Civic Involvement
    Klages holds several professional and charitable board memberships. As a cancer survivor with passion for the American Cancer Society, he is involved in multiple leadership activities that include Hope Lodge, a home away from home for cancer patients. He is also a board member of the United Way of Central Maryland.

    Klages received his bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Loyola University and his masters of business administration from the University of Baltimore.

    A 22-year veteran of the energy industry focusing primarily on wholesale transactions, Liberatore leads the structured power and mid-marketing groups. As senior vice president, he is responsible for coordinating Constellation’s wholesale customer business which includes power load serving, generator hedge contracts, and portfolio restructurings.


    Professional History
    Liberatore previously served as managing director, head of origination for the Constellation Commodity Group (CCG). In that role, he managed the company's national power origination function.

    Liberatore joined Constellation in 2000 as vice president of origination and became managing director of origination, in 2005. He sponsored a variety of growth initiatives for the national platform including full requirements load serving, wholesale hedges for retail end users, and power purchase agreements for merchant generators.

    Early in his career, Liberatore held various engineering positions at Baltimore Gas and Electric focusing on transmission planning, generation planning, and bulk power marketing. He also spent three years at Cinergy Capital and Trade developing a northeast power marketing group.

    Liberatore currently serves as a board member of the Notre Dame Preparatory School.

    Professional History
    Prior to this role, Lowry was the treasurer of Constellation and has overseen Constellation’s treasury, investments, finance and insurance activities including cash management, financing and liquidity requirements, pension and nuclear decommissioning trust investment management, as well as insurance placement, renewals, and claims. As treasurer and vice president, she has been responsible for the financing of the business, cash and liquidity management, benefit and NDT investments and insurance for Constellation.

    Prior to joining Constellation, Lowry served as vice president of project finance for Cogentrix Energy, a Goldman Sachs subsidiary, where she oversaw all project financing activities. She held various department and finance positions at the AES Corporation where she oversaw treasury functions, the management of the corporate finance function for the parent company, and development and finance of acquisitions and international greenfield projects.

    Lowry holds a master’s of management degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management as well as a bachelor of arts and bachelor’s of engineering from Dartmouth College.

    Professional History
    Monaco previously served as vice president, trading and origination for Exelon. He joined Exelon's power trading organization, Power Team, in 1995 as an originator focusing primarily in the PJM, New York, New England and eastern Canadian regions. With the merger of Unicom and PECO, Monaco took on additional responsibilities in trading, led the integration efforts in merging Unicom's generation portfolio into Exelon's trading platform and managed the power contracts associated with the sale of Unicom's coal fleet.

    Prior to joining the Exelon Power Team, Monaco was a senior economist with the New York Power Authority (NYPA) involved in developing rate structures for municipal electric utilities and later the creation of NYPA's wholesale electric marketing group.

    Monaco has a bachelor's of engineering in electrical engineering from Manhattan College and a master's degree in finance from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.

    Professional History
    Proctor joined Constellation’s power marketing division in 1997 as part of Constellation’s venture with Goldman Sachs, Constellation Power Source. Prior to his current position, Proctor was vice president - west origination at Constellation Power Source, developing wholesale structured sales throughout the WECC with particular focus on the California energy market.

    Prior to his roles at Constellation’s wholesale marketing and trading affiliate, Proctor served in multiple technical and engineering roles at Baltimore Gas & Electric’s Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, working in the instrumentation & controls, design engineering, and procurement engineering departments from 1986 – 1996.

    Proctor served in the U.S Navy from 1980 from 1986, overseeing operations and maintenance in the reactor controls division aboard the USS South Carolina, CGN-37.

    Proctor is a board member for the Partners in Excellence Program in Baltimore, MD, which provide scholarships to inner city youth to attend catholic schools. He is the lead executive sponsor for an employee resource group, the Exelon African American Resource Alliance. Additionally, he also served on the Corporate Diversity Council, which was formed to provide oversight and direction of Constellation Energy’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.

    Professional History
    Prior to this role, Quinn served as the senior vice president of wholesale trading and origination and was co-head of Constellation Energy commodities group.

    In 2007, Quinn was named co-president of Constellation Energy’s customer supply group, managing Constellation’s industry leading retail and wholesale power and gas marketing businesses. From 2001 to 2007, Quinn worked in a variety of roles in wholesale power origination, culminating in his promotion to co-head of that business in 2005.

    Before joining Constellation Energy in 2001, Quinn helped develop the industry-leading, pulp-and-paper risk management business for Enron North America. In addition, he served as an operations manager for International Paper Company in a packaging plant.

    He also served as a nonprofit representative to the Presidential Commission on Environmental Quality, a government-industry-nonprofit coalition charged by President George H. Bush with developing recommendations that improved the environment and the bottom line.

    Stewart leads the Constellation marketing group and also manages the mass markets business that serves over 1.2 million residential and small business customers in 23 states and includes the Startex Power, Constellation Home, and BGE Home businesses. As the chief marketing officer, he manages the company’s marketing and branding strategy, brand communications, analytics and corporate sponsorship initiatives, as well as the channel partnerships, digital marketing and web services teams.


    Professional History
    Stewart’s experience includes 20 years of leadership, expertise and innovation with several leading consumer brands. Prior to Constellation, he served as CEO of mobile & digital of KGB, the world's largest independent provider of directory assistance and enhanced information services, where he had overall global business management, P&L and operations responsibility for KGB’s mobile & digital division. He was also vice president & general manager for Yahoo! Inc.’s Connected Life division, where he served as a key member of the executive leadership team providing oversight of Yahoo!’s broadband, mobile and wireless, digital home and PC desktop application businesses in the Americas. He has also held executive-level management positions at America Online, Netscape, Exodus Communications, GlobalCenter Inc. and InterMedia Partners.


    Civic Involvement
    Stewart holds numerous professional and charitable board memberships. He is a member of the Houston Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors and the New York State Bar Association. His previous board memberships have included serving on the Collider Media Inc. Board, Xtone Inc. Board, Mater Dei School Board, CTIA Wireless Internet Caucus Leadership Board, National Cable Television Association (NCTA) Corporate Counsel Committee, Project Rebirth Board, Comprehensive Care Center Inc.     Andy Swaminathan currently leads the portfolio strategy group responsible for portfolio management, market fundamentals, transmission, pricing, quantitative analytics, strategic systems and business operations. .


    Professional History
    Swaminathan has worked in the electric industry for the past 25 years, of which he has been with Exelon for the last 16 years. Prior to the merger with Constellation, he led the market fundamentals and proprietary trading group at Exelon Power Team. Prior to that, he held various positions in Power Team including director of finance and trade floor manager for Exelon’s Mid-Atlantic and Midwest portfolios. Prior to joining Power Team, he worked for nine years at the New York Power Authority in various functions including transmission planning, rates and regulation and wholesale marketing/trading.


    Education
    Swaminathan has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the College of Engineering in Madras, India, a master’s degree in electrical engineering (specialization in power systems) from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a master’s of business administration in finance from Pace University, NY.
