Constellation worked with Morgantown, WV to use state energy legislation to make improvements across the city ranging from new LED traffic signals, and updated controls on lighting, heating and cooling systems in major buildings, all with no capital expenditure. In the past year, Morgantown has saved over $200,000 on its energy spend which is a direct result of the energy solutions Constellation helped implement.
