    Constellation's Peter Kelly-Detwiler was among a panel of national energy management leaders that discussed strategies and technologies that integrate the best of energy demand management, procurement strategies, and renewable energy opportunities. Held on Thursday, October 27, 2010, more than 50 members of the public sector gathered at the United States Navy Memorial & Naval Heritage Center to discuss strategies with Kelly-Detwiler as well as other panelists including James Connaughton, Senior Vice President of Constellation NewEnergy; Blaine Collison, Director of the U.S. EPA Green Power Partnership; Gordon England, President of E6 Partners; and Don Juhasz, Director of Energy Resource Management, Defense Logistics Agency. Lou Hutchinson, Senior Vice President of Constellation NewEnergy, moderated the event.
