About the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC & Constellation Procurement Program
Constellation is proud to be the endorsed energy supplier of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC. The Harrisburg Regional Chamber provides exclusive access for its members to receive a wide variety of benefits including competitive electricity prices through the Chamber’s Electricity Procurement Program.
Since the program was developed in May 2009, many members have taken advantage of the opportunity to access more competitive pricing for their electricity as the Central Pennsylvania region lifted rate caps in the PPL territory. We offer 12-48 month fixed price electricity contracts along with index and flexible combination strategies. By analyzing your energy usage and the needs of your unique business, we can work with you to implement a variety of strategies.
