Request Process: Event Sponsorships

Please submit the following:

1. Copy of completed Summary Cover Page on one page of your organization’s letterhead

2. Purpose of event/sponsorship;

3. Description of the benefit to Constellation Energy in becoming a sponsor and how Constellation Energy would get value from the sponsorship;

4. List of all sponsorship levels, cost, entitlements/benefits, and recognition we would receive for the sponsorship. For advertisements, please make sure that ad size (dimensions), format, contact person, and due date are included;

5. List of sponsors for event, confirmed to date, with the amount of the support;

6. List of sponsors for previous year’s event (if applicable) with the amount of the support;

7. List of board of directors;

8. Copy of completed Program/Project Budget - Current Request form;

9. Copy of completed Organization Budget form; and

10. Copy of 501(c)(3) IRS nonprofit determination letter.
