Perryman Power Plant Located in Harford County, Md., Perryman power plant has four oil fired combustion turbines and one oil or natural gas fired combustion turbine. Unit 1 went into commercial service on January 1971 followed by Units 2, 3 and 4 in 1972. Unit 5, the newest unit, went into commercial service in 1995.
