Reception Centers
If your protective action zone is evacuated, you should go to the nearest Reception Center. Activated Reception Centers would be announced through Emergency Alert System messages. St. Mary’s County Reception Centers are located at:

After registering and monitoring is completed at the reception center, St. Mary’s County evacuees who need temporary shelter would be directed to a mass care center.
