Board of Directors Our Board of Directors has the responsibility to oversee and direct management activities to enhance the long-term value of our company for our shareholders and other constituents. We have 12 independent directors, one director who is an employee, and one director who is a retired employee. Our Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees are made up entirely of our independent directors.
