Corporate Governance During 2003, we focused on implementing industry-leading corporate governance principles, including the adoption of new Corporate Governance Guidelines, the creation of a Corporate Compliance Program, the updating of the charters of each of the committees of the Board of Directors, and the implementation of Principles of Business Integrity that apply throughout our entire organization. In addition, our Board has named Michael D. Sullivan, one of our independent directors, to serve as its Lead Director.
