In short, we sweat the details to get energy to our customers. We get it to them when they need it and where they need it, and at prices that help them manage their energy costs. In complex deregulated markets, serving customers reliably and adding value requires deep understanding of the variability, consumption and nuances of thousands of nodes in delivery and generation networks. That is the physical nitty gritty of energy. And that is what makes us an important partner with our customers - utilities, integrated utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, and large commercial and industrial businesses.
