DIVIDENDS

The Board of Directors sets the record and payment dates for quarterly dividends. In January 2005, we raised our quarterly dividend to 33.5 cents per share-a 17.5 percent increase over the previous quarterly rate. We paid the new dividend–equivalent to an annual rate of $1.34–on April 1, 2005, to shareholders of record on March 10, 2005.

Projected record dates for the next three quarters are June 10, September 12 and December 12. Projected payment dates are July 1, October 3 and January 2.

CERTIFICATIONS
