Startex Power Ranks Among Top Three in J.D. Power and Associates Customer Satisfaction Study

HOUSTON (Nov. 6, 2012) - StarTex Power, a Constellation retail electric provider based in Houston, was ranked 3rd among Retail Energy Companies in Texas for overall customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Texas Residential Retail Electric Provider Customer Satisfaction StudySM
The J.D. Power and Associates study measures customer satisfaction by examining four key factors: pricing, billing and payment, communications and customer service.
StarTex Power has a long list of awards and accolades earned for providing "Star Treatment" to both customers and employees. The company has been recognized in both 2011 and 2012 by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which gave StarTex Power its top award for superior commitment to ethics, excellence and quality in the workplace. StarTex Power is the only Retail Electric Provider to win the BBB's Pinnacle Award.
StarTex has also received an "A+" rating from the greater Houston and South Texas Better Business Bureau, an upgrade from the company's previous "A" rating.
The company has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as a "Best Place to Work in Houston" for four consecutive years, from 2008 to 2011.
