You can enroll to receive text messages from Constellation at My Constellation Preferences. You are also able to edit your phone number and opt-out of receiving any account notifications in your preferences.
Am I charged for any notifications I receive on my mobile phone?
No. Constellation offers this service at no charge. Depending on your mobile plan, standard message and data rates may apply.
Can I opt out of mobile notifications?
To turn off this service completely, reply STOP to any SMS you receive.
