Ways to Pay for Your Residential Energy Supply

After you sign up with Constellation, you can still receive your bill from your local utility depending on where you live. Electricity supply customers located in Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC will continue to receive their bill from their local utility. Electricity supply customers in other states as well as natural gas supply customers have a few options outlined below.

One-Time Payment Options

For quick payment of your bill, we offer the convenience of online payments. You can pay your bill by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, ATM debit card or ACH/electronic check. A $2.95 vendor processing fee applies. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your payment to post.

Convenient Monthly Recurring Payments

Make paying your bills even easier with our pre-authorized payment options. Sign up once and you're done.

Select our pre-authorized Automatic Bank Draft Option and your payment is securely withdrawn on your invoice due date. Choose our Credit Card payment option and your payment will be debited on your statement date. Two convenient options: the choice is yours!

Both services are FREE, convenient and let you spend more time on something other than paying bills.

Want to make a payment when you are not online? Our automated phone payment option, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is safe and secure. All Georgia customers, call 877-677-4355. All other markets, call 800-785-4373. 

MyAccount

MyAccount makes bill paying easier. You can choose to receive email alerts and electronic statements instead of paper bills. No more checks, stamps or envelopes and you can access your account history up to 12 billing cycles as well as choose electronic billing and receive bill notifications via email.
