Homeowners in serviceable areas* in metro Atlanta who sign up for a natural gas plan with Constellation will receive water heater repair coverage at no additional cost,
but also have the flexibility to upgrade to Constellation’s Protect Plus or Protect Premier plans for extra coverage to fit your needs. Extra coverage can protect your furnace, A/C and in-home electrical system.

*Available in eligible home services territories, which include Cherokee County, Clayton County, Cobb County, Coweta County, DeKalb County, Douglas County, Fayette County, Forsyth County, Fulton County, Gwinnett County, Henry County, Paulding County, and Rockdale County

**Terms and conditions apply. Constellation shall not be required to provide repairs exceeding a cost to Constellation of $2,000 per contract year, or up to $500 per contract year for water heater only plan.

Water Heater Protection Plans & Repair Services

Waking up to a leaking water heater, or having an unexpected cold shower, can be stressful. Now, homeowners in metro Atlanta who are Constellation natural gas customers will receive water heater coverage at no additional cost to help protect from costly and unexpected repairs.

The average cost of a water heater repair is $483*. Our water heater protection plan covers most parts and components, providing you peace of mind protection. If the parts are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, our local, licensed technicians can still handle the repair and will cover the labor.

Our Protect Plus and Protect Premier plans in metro Atlanta provide protection from expensive furnace repairs. If you experience a furnace malfunction, simply schedule your service request and a licensed, authorized service provider will diagnose the problem and make the repair.

Electrical System Inspection & Repairs

Your homeowner’s insurance may provide coverage if there is damage caused by a fire, theft or natural disaster. But it likely will not cover failure of an electrical outlet or light fixture. Our Protect Premier plan offers coverage that includes in-home electrical repairs in Atlanta.

Covered electrical malfunctions can be inspected and repaired, or the covered component replaced, based on the diagnosis, and all done by a licensed, authorized service provider.
