In Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”) Project No. 51830, the PUCT has approved changes to certain Customer Protection Rules for Retail Electric Service. The newly revised §25.475(h)(4) requires each TDU to make a website address available to REPs regarding the TDU's procedures for implementing involuntary load shedding initiated by ERCOT.
