New online account management tool coming April 30 for AGL Customers!

My Constellation, our new online bill pay and account management tool, is launching Monday, April 30. As we transition to this new tool, we will not be able to accept credit card payments online or by phone between April 24 and April 29. To make a payment during this time period, you may send a check to: Constellation, P.O. Box 5472, Carol Stream, IL 60197-5472. Recurring Payments for AGL Customers

Good news! We are in the process of transitioning to a new payment vendor. While the transition takes place, we will not be able to process enrollments for recurring payments. You will be able to set up recurring payments after April 30, 2018. If you need to stop your recurring payment during this time period, please contact Customer Care Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm EST at 877-677-4355.
