Manage myAccount and Pay My Bill
We've improved MyAccount by adding payment options for one-time payments online via electronic check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and debit cards. The first time you use the improved myAccount, before you get to the payment page, you will be asked to enter your account number and billing zip code. A $2.95 vendor processing fee will apply.
Avoid Paying a Processing Fee
If you set up a recurring payment, you will not be assessed the $2.95 vendor processing fee. You will need your Constellation customer number and the zip code associated with your account to get started. To set up a recurring payment, click here.
